Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery within Australia typically takes up to 7 days.
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey.
  • Please note: Metaphor is not liable for delays, loss, or mishandling caused by postal services once the parcel has left our hands.

Returns & Replacements

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
  • If your item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing fault, we will offer a replacement.
  • Damage caused during transit by postal carriers is not covered under our replacement policy.
  • To request a replacement for a manufacturing fault, please email us at sales@metaphorperfumes.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos of the damage.
